Kral Search Partners has a foundation in the financial services industry, with its Principal, Matt Kral’s early professional career in the institutional investment consulting world at two premier financial institutions in Chicago, Mercer and Northern Trust. As someone who still considers himself a fiduciary, doing right by the client and candidate and mitigating risk, are paramount.
Matt formerly advised institutional investors on how to manage their investments, and performed due diligence on investment managers, both from investment and operational perspectives. He has been sourcing talent for a variety of financial services firms for nearly two decades, successfully placing professionals in nearly all types of roles and levels, from the front desk receptionist to every C-level position, and all functions in between.
